Postpartum with no help
Anyone here deal with postpartum all by herself? Due to corona virus. My parents is unable to be here to help. I have no friend. And spending postpartum alone. Taking care of newborn and myself at the same time is impossible. It have been days i didn’t have a decent sleep. My partner is no help at all. It is so hard right now. It’s only 3 days after my labor, and i dont have time to rest.
