i’m 17 and my gyn said last month that i most likely have endometriosis. i’ve been bleeding for 50 days and i honestly don’t know what to do. my doctor only put me on birth control pills while i got my nexplanon replaced in march. i was on three pills a day and that’s what stopped the bleeding but only for a short time and it made me horribly moody. my mom has endometriosis and she didn’t have insurance so she had to wait till it’s life threatening to get it treated but that means i’m at higher risk too. i have almost all the symptoms and the high risk factors. i’m scared of what’s to come so if any of y’all have any advice on how to treat it and who to talk to or even just some support it would mean the world to me. i feel like i have no one to talk to about it and i’m so tired of bleeding!! it’s too expensive and we are on lockdown!!
