Scratching

Not sure if this is something I should worry about or just a weird thing he’s doing right now.

My LO is 7 months.

He is constantly scratching. He does it to his head when he’s tired and falling asleep or nursing. He scratches his body when I change his clothes, his diaper area when I change him (whether using cloth or disposable)

He did have some eczema patches when we first tried wheat but that’s all gone now.

He has no rashes. His skin is beautifully clear.

I use free and clear detergents with an extra rinse and dr bronners baby soap (literally the most gentle you can get).

Did anyone else have a kiddo that scratched just to scratch or did they develop some kind of allergy?
