What soothes UTI inflammation

So I’ve been treated for a UTI that I somehow managed to hold onto for like 6 months! Finishing out my second round of antibiotics just to make sure it was all gone. I have some inflammation though due to the duration of the infection, so I’m wondering if you guys have any suggestions as to how I can eliminate some of the discomfort.

Try homeopathy. Google homeopathic treatment for UTI. For me personally chamomile baths work. (Not too hot!) i have had uti several times and also took different antibiotics. Mines were really painful. Apparently once it happens its also most likely to come back. Also wear cotton underwear please dont use any other ones and I stated using toilet tissues and wet wipes and water each time i pee and really wiping front to back i know it sounds extra and silly but really im so afraid of getting it again i try to be really cautious. Also always keeping hydrated

I’ve never had a uti for that long or had to do two rounds of antibiotics for it, but the number one thing that helps me to ease the symptoms is a hot pad. I have an ice pack that doubles as a heating pad. You just put it in the microwave until it’s super hot and then I just lay it on top of my pajama pants. Super relieving.

I used to get them a lot and for some reason the Naked brand Blue Machine smoothie really helps. Again I have no idea why but it works! As soon as I feel one coming on I chug one of those little bottles and I feel better pretty quickly.
