Covid 19 and parental visitation

My son is 3 and his dad has always come to see him for a few hours at my house OR Take him to his house for a sleepover. Visits have always been once a week. He hasn’t seen him since March 21st because I’m scared as hell of us getting covid. His dad works with the general public a lot. & my family has all been inside. I stay home and my husband has been off work. Well anyway my son had fever and coughing for like 2 days on the 26th so I told him to hold off for visits for a while and he just texted me asking to come see him... and last week his dad said he felt sick. Like bro??? How do i tell him no? We have no court agreement whatsoever. I don’t want to risk getting sick 😭
