What would you do?

I saw someone post this in the March 2019 babies forum (baby was originally a march baby!) and since a lot of you are already pregnant again, I'm curious! What did you do different with pregnancy/baby #2 that made life easier for you?

I just don’t give a shit about a lot of things tbh.  With my daughter, I was so worried about getting the nursery done, which I don’t even understand bc she slept in my room until she was a year old.  I’m 30+6 and we still have to finish painting my son’s room 😂. I’ve also realized I don’t need as much as I thought I did.  The only things I’ve bought for this baby are a crib/changer combo, a mattress, a dresser, and a hamper. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Im on number 3! 9/2017, 2/2019 and this ones coming in July! With my second I just didn’t care about dirt and mess as much and he really just runs around and follows his brother everywhere. There’s a lot of “don’t take that from him, don’t push him, that’s enough tickling” but they really are the best of friends. I let baby 2 have a bit more freedom and have him more varieties of foods earlier and sippy cups earlier (my first had eating issues and texture sensitivities). People ask if they are twins a lot because the younger one is big for his age and the older one is small for his age. I have my first a lot of “chores” to help with his brother so he was very involved from day one and he loved it!!!! Pregnancy wise, I tried to eat healthy but that’s not as easy with a toddler so I just made sure I was eating enough. Now I eat whatever is left on their plates and then eat a little extra if they are well. There is a 16 month gap between the first two and a 17 month gap this time.

I’m 9 weeks pregnant and fully embracing survival mode. I had terrible morning (all day) sickness last pregnancy and this pregnancy, except this time I’m not feeling guilty or forcing myself to eat right,drink water,etc. I’m taking a gummy vitamin now and I know they don’t have iron but that’s the best I can physically do and I’m ok with that. Last pregnancy i forced myself to take a regular prenatal and I nearly threw it up everyday. I eat junk food and anything that sounds less nauseating now. I definitely don’t drink enough during the day but all that will stay down is small amounts of juice so that’s it. And I’m definitely cleaning with chemicals,lifting stuff, doing all the no-nos. 
So I’d say so far I’m much more care-free 😅

I don’t worry as much about every small detail.. with my first i was constantly worried about every symptom, every movement, every anything meant something must be wrong because I didn’t know what to expect. It just feels a bit easier this time around because I know a little more about what’s normal
