Acceptable douches
I've recently stopped using my normal feminine hygiene products I've been using forever. And have moved onto other products. But all of them say use externally only. Is there anything I can use internally. Like if I cleaned and washed an old douche bottle out, what can I put in it to use ??? What about just plain old water ???
