Confused

Okay confused! So AF was due tomorrow and came on the 3rd instead. So had her for two days (enough to use a tampon). Today, nothing. I did an hcg strip and frer on the 2nd and both were negative. Today, I still feel nausea but pretty sure I had a period since I used a tampon... idk? Help!!!
