My friend just started using it she loves it and has convinced me to try it I tried it the other day and I am getting a bottle in a couple days she said so far only side effect she had was a headache but was only for a couple of days and she isn't sure if it was even related to that or if it was from no caffeine but she said she's had more energy and she's alit happier and every feels like she lost some weight oh one other side effect she said her nipples were hard

Has anyone used the smoky mountains progesterone cream and had any negative effects? At the back of it has a warning from California that thias product contains chemicals known in that state to cause birth degects or other reproductive harm. Yet when I perform a search on the internet for the top progesterone creams, this comes up as #1.

Ask to do all cd21 blood work not just progesterone but that will tell you a lot. Get opks to know when your about to ovulate and temp with bbt thermometer to confirm ovulation and you will know when you ovulated your dpo your luteal phase length and when period is coming by temp drop
