I only drink it once a day, anymore and we both get gassy. I don’t know if it helps my supply but worth a try. 
My lactation consultant told me to pump at least once a day and supplement with pumped milk the week before my period.

I have had success with it but I recommend supplements the most.... they're found on the baby isle at the drug store. The tea is kinda gross lol
