Just today i've been feeling sharp pains in both of my breast and I've triedto give myself an exam but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right what is the possibility for a girl under 18 to get breast cancer and are there any tips for giving yourself A breast exam

My doctor taught me how to do it. Lie down and use the middle part of your fingers (not the tip) to feel for anything that doesn't feel natural. They said the tip of your fingers are more sensitive so they would think everything feels lumpy.
Breasts are naturally lumpy so don't be alarmed if you feel little lumps here and there. If you find something hard that shouldn't be there then book to see a doctor immediately.

Pain in your boobs can be caused by hormonal changes so you shouldn't freak out but if you are concerned book to see your local GP
