Nose piercing trouble

I got it done professionally on Jan 28, well three days ago I was playing with it when all the sudden I managed to get the screw out of my nostril. And I could not get it back in my nose. So in order to make sure the hole stayed open I used one of my hoops for my cartilage piercing which is a 16g AND it had no problem getting in my nose hole which is a 18g I’m just really concerned. Because I just messed up all the good healing it was healing so perfectly and now it’s fucked.

I have really crusty and oily skin SO DONT MIND THAT. But as you can see it’s not okay at the piercing site. One good thing is there’s no pain however this hoop is way too big in gauge and diameter I keep catching it on everything and I just feel like I’m aggravating it more. I ordered a smaller hoop that’s seamless and I’m hoping that will help it because for some reason I just can’t get my screw back in. But please any tips to make this heal more smoothly.
