Hi, I just started fasting yesterday for a church program. I've never fasted before & I have the worst headache right now. I have been drinking plenty of water & I've had 5 saltiness crackers yesterday night. Could fasting be causing this headache? & if I were to suck a lollipop would that help, if my blood sugar is low? I'm not hypoglycemic, I don't *think*. & what can help with this headache ? I have taken Asprin & Tylenol already and it hasn't helped. & I'm also feeling mildly nauseated.
