Help! When to take test

Based on my chart for October and now November, when should I take a test? Only once in October for my ovulation and not yet for November just on the days I was suppose to got af (nob.1&2) well nob.2 I got a like brownish pink vvvvvvlight spotting couldn't see it and went away then on nob.3 bled like a pink color thought it was af an put a tampon in went an peers 2hrs later and nothing on toilet paper or tampon! Help pregnant? Implantation? Period? Oan when to take test...
