can ovulation tests pick up pregnancy?

whole 3 are ovulation tests, 
bottom one was yesterday 
middle and top were today, there’s no way i could ovulate because i haven’t had my period?

Ovulation tests can pick up a pregnancy but all of these are super negative. You’ll get a positive OPK after a positive BFP though. If you’re ttc and you aren’t menstruating due to PCOS or breastfeeding, I highly recommend using a cheaper test since it could take a while a long while to get a positive.

Ovulation tests will always have a second line. They can pick up hcg but there’s no way to know if you’re pregnant or not. Here’s how dark an ovulation test was when I was maybe 6 weeks or so.

I’m confused by what you said. Do you mean you can’t be ovulating because you’ve never had a period or because you had a baby recently and haven’t gotten your period?
