You could just drop subtle hints here and there. Flirting, texting, ask him about himself, if he feels comfortable talking to you, he'll find a way to ask you out. Shy guys are typically so sweet and adorable and are so nice and aghhh I'm so happy for you!

I'm in that situation as well. Apparently he likes me but he is too shy to tell me if he does or not. Shy guys are nice and they do warm up but they can be incredibly painful to talk to .

Awww I was in the exact same situation!! What Happened was, that my friend knew that we both liked each other so she got us both together! Like he was so cute and he made the move to ask me out. He was so shy at the time and it was really big of him to do that. Even if he doesn't you should go for it girl! Like he will love that you're taking the first step and I promise things will improve from there!  I've been with my boyfriend for almost 3 years now and I've brought him out of his shell and we are very happy together!!! Good luck!!!
