Doppler frequency
How many of you have a doppler? Did your OB specifically tell you was ok to use? How often do you use it?
I have one, and have great success with it... i haven’t specifically asked my OB about it, but the independent ultrasound tech told me it was totally ok. I use it 3-ish times a week, for maybe 2-3 minutes.
It keeps my anxiety down when I can check on him, but wonder if it’s really ok to use? 😬
