What are the first steps for fertility help?

So my fiancé and I have been trying for baby number 2 for a year now and starting this cycle I’ll be going for fertility bloodwork. Kinda interested in hearing what the first steps are after that. Praying this is gonna help! Thanks

With my first pregnancy I saw my regular OB and she did basic testing for thyroid and things. Then prescribed me letrozole and it worked first time with no monitoring. This time I was referred to an actual RE and had much more extensive testing with US and after a few failed rounds of treatment all monitored, I got the HSG then continued with more fertility rounds including IUI’s.

For us, they did the bloodwork for me and an HSG to make sure my tubes were clear. Then they scheduled a semen analysis for my husband. From there you will get a referral based on those results. 
For us, it's Male Factor Infertility so we were referred to a urologist.

Are you doing your bloodwork through your regular organ? If so, the next steps will either be to try to fix a hormonal imbalance through your obgyn, or a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist.
