Pain in hip//thigh when sleeping on my side😫 help!!
So I usually sleep on my back or my right side so I’m really struggling to only sleep on my left side but to top that off I’ve been have sharp pains in my hip/thigh when sleeping on my left side for too long.
It’s like my body is telling me to switch positions but I cant😫
Any suggestions or tips??
