Under active thyroid

Sarah • Hi I`m Sarah, 29 years old, I have a beautiful little boy with my husband and we r trying to make our family bigger.
Just found out I have a slightly under active thyroid, not low enough for treatment. Does any one know if this can effect ur periods and conception??
