Anyone else hungry all the time now??

Question

I will be 23 weeks tomorrow and I feel I'm starving all the time lol I didnt really have much of an appetite due to neusea until like 3 days ago now all i want to do is eat. Ive lost nearly 28lbs this pregnancy so far my doctor isnt concurned and baby looks great.

I get full so fast but start feeling hungry again like 15 minutes later. It’s so annoying lol

Twins over here and I literally eat for three people! At 22 weeks, I’ve already gained 23lbs. I know about 3-5lbs of it is the extra baby and placenta. With my first I only gained 25 pounds. With my second I gained 40 pounds. We try to go for walks when it’s nice out to try and be some what active, and to prevent clots. I’m not sure how I’m going to loose all of the wait after these babies come out!!

I’m almost 22 weeks and finally started feeling all that hunger people say you’re suppose to feel on your first trimester. I was so sick from weeks 6 to 14 that I could hardly eat, lost about 10 pounds, but I’m definitely hungry now. And I now have a sweet tooth as well! I want dessert and sweet fruit all the time 😂

Some days I wake up wanting to eat everything in the fridge and other days I'm not hungry at all.
