1 hour glucose test
So I had my one hour glucose test this morning and failed at 165. I have my 3 hour glucose test on Thursday morning. I’ve read conflicting things whether or not to go low carb for the next couple or days or eat normal? Anyone else fail their first but pass the 3 hour test? Sort of stressed out now that I will have GD even though I know it’s not the end of the world!
