Gas Cramps or Cramps I should be worried about
Anybody know a way of telling the difference between gas cramps and actual cramps? 4 weeks and 2 days today and I keep getting these cramps and I don’t know what to think. It could just be gas but this is my first time pregnant and I’m terrified at every little feeling. They aren’t super hurtful. Just noticeable and there’s maybe two or three every hour.
