New at nannying😁

I’m 18 and I just recently got a job as a nanny and it feels as though I’ve started to experience a little job creep when I spoke to the mom about my tasks during my working hours she said everything baby clean him his room feed him play with etc since I’ve started however she’s begun tacking new things on this is my first nanny job I’m unsure if this is all normal I just need some advice maybe on how to go about having a productive conversation with my about what my tasks were when I started and what she’s asking for now also if I’m blowing this out of proportion and this is all normal just let me know picture below is the list she made me today 💜😁(keep in mind both parents are home)
