On April 1st I went to the OB and I wasn't dilated, my cervix wasn't soft or effaced. Then yesterday (the 6th) at 11am she said I was 4 cm dilated! Later that day I started feeling mild contractions about 7 mins apart. Then they became 9 mins. Then 25. Then stopped. Today I lost my mucus plug, twice 2 huge ones came out. I'm not having contractions. I'm achy but it's not come and go. WHEN WILL LABOR START. It's so frustrating being that dilated, mucus plug gone and still sitting here waiting. Has this happened to anyone? It's also my second baby, the first one came so quick, the contractions with him were just all of a sudden real painful and 3 mins apart.
