What is this rash?

2.5 month old literally woke up with this rash today. He’s formula and breast fed.

This was him last night: no rash

Has he been drooling more than usual? My 4 month had been teething and getting drool rashes that look like that if I don’t constantly wipe his face and hands to keep them dry

Hmm not sure, but my son had very sensitive skin and so I put aquaphore on them and it always helps. Try that (: or breast milk.
