Positive birth stories during Covid-19?

Reposting here since I didn’t get feedback in another group...
I’ve read some horrible stories lately, and I would love to hear from those that have recently had healthy babies and all turned out well. I just need some good news, honestly! Figured others may find comfort in your stories as well. Maybe tell us the best part about your birth story? I’m due at the end of April. Thank you!

Just had our little guy Sunday morning after my water broke late Saturday evening. I think the only thing I can say is that it was eerie how empty the hospital was. We went in and went straight to check in, they took us up back elevators and straight to our room- didn’t see anyone but a couple of nurses. We only had two nurses during L&D and they wore masks the whole time. Once transferred to mother & baby we were informed that the nursery was closed and that baby had to stay with us the whole time, which was the plan anyway so I didn’t mind. We were discharged after 24 hours and they staggered the discharges so you didn’t come in contact with anyone. Honestly, I have had anxiety over this for the last month and I was so relieved by our experience.

I didn’t really notice much of a difference except most wore masks, and it was on the empty side. I was only allowed one person (my hubby) but he had in and out privileges.
