So for the past 3 days I’ve been feeling a bit nauseous, have some cramping and pain in my pelvic area and hurts to lay on my stomach. I’ve also been getting pain on my right side that kinda goes from my lower abdomen to mid/upper and in my hip. Also have a few back pains, feel bloated and a bit constipated and my nipples have also started to hurt. Anyone know what this could be?

Last had unprotected sex 2 months ago but have had super light periods (normally I’m pretty heavy) since then (not a lot of blood and more brown discharge). Is there any chance I might be pregnant (can’t take a test cause I’m not allowed out due to lockdown and having a vulnerable family member). Or could it be ovulation, Endo or my PCOS? Or maybe something else? Just the pain/aching and sickness is really starting to wear me down.
