No heartbeat?

I’m seven weeks pregnant, and the doctor couldn’t find a heartbeat on the Doppler, she said this was completely normal and I shouldn’t worry too much but seeing everyone else already hearing they’re babies heartbeat at 6wks and 7 it makes me really nervous. No bleeding and they said it was too early to do a ultrasound. Has anyone not had a heartbeat at 7 weeks and then find one later on? Please let me know if you have any advice. Pretty hopeless right now.

I honestly cannot even believe she looked for one.  My doctor will never even check with a Doppler until at least 12 weeks because before then... the baby is tucked well behind the pubic bone and is so small that it’s easy to hide.

I was told at 9 weeks they may not be able to find it and not to freak out if she couldn't. I'm suprised any dr would look at 7 weeks with a doppler. I'm not suprised at all that you cant find it right now.

6 weeks and 3 days baby and heard the heartbeat . Didn’t even have to do a vaginal ultrasound. That doctors office is obviously lazy . My next appointment we’ll use a Doppler just as a precaution because i expressed concerns about my last miscarriage at 14 weeks.

I had my 1st ultrasound yesterday at 8w2d and the tech told me that it was too early to hear the HB but she was able to meaure it at 173. I was a little disappointed but I'll hear it eventually! Stay positive!

She shouldn’t of even tried at that stage!! They unsure about doing it at 16weeks no mind 10weeks before I’d complain about her as shes putting worry into you!

Uh doppler at 7 weeks. Of course she didnt hear anything. Most doctors dont do doppler til 12 weeks. She should have done a transvaginal ultrasound. Baby is way too tucked in right now to get a good reading with a doppler. If anything your baby probably has a heartbeat and you would of heard it if she would of done a transvaginal. Never heard of doctor doing a doppler at 7 weeks. Maybe you should find a new doctor.

You cant find a heartbeat on a Doppler that early. I'd be weary of a doctor that even looks.
