best style of nursing pillow?

I am looking for a good nursing pillow to reduce the amount of strain on your arm- i'd like something that supports easy enough that I don't have to keep my arm cooked up all the time and feel like I'm still holding up the pillow.

The my Brest friend is a total game changer. I had a boppy, and prefer the my Brest friend over it. It’s more structured and gave me so much more support.

Get 2. The my breast friend is amazing when they're really little because it's hard and supportive. The boy is nice when they're older and the latch is better. And them eventually you wont need either.

Regular boppy, also half the time i used half of my maternity pillow (it was the detachable kind) I hated it as a maternity pillow but ended up being more comfortable than the boppy once baby got bigger
