Is it safe to sleep on right side while pregnant?

I’ve heard to avoid sleeping on right side and back and only sleep on left side. Is this true??? Now I’m paranoid 😞

I have slept on my right side a lot in my pregnancy. I’m 33 weeks pregnant with twins and we’re all fine.

This is what they tell, but I really can't sleep all night long on one side, so I  switch them.

Right side can be a concern towards the end of third trimester for some women...but your body will tell you if its uncomfortable ussually.
As long as your comfortable its safe:)

Right side is because of your liver but tbh sleep where you’re comfortable all your organs are squished anyway

I always sleep on my right side. I have to switch sides or I get uncomfortable. I miss sleeping on my back though. Sleeping is hard. I wake up sometimes with back pain because of it.

It’s safe to sleep however you’re comfortable. 
They just suggest laying on your left side because it increases blood flow to baby & advise against laying on your back due to decreased blood flow to baby. You can still lay on your stomach until it becomes uncomfortable.

I’ll be 34 weeks tomorrow and I still sleep on my stomach. This is my 3rd baby and my doctor has always told me to sleep however I’m comfortable. Your body will adjust when it needs to.
