I know my 14 month old daughter is going through a leap right now, but all of a sudden last week she will scream when she wants something. I don’t give in, calmly tell her to use her words (she has 40+ words so is typically able to use one to tell me what she wants) and then she will say something and then I give her what she’s asking for to respond to the appropriate way of asking... but it’s soooo much!

Are other babies out there doing this now as well? Is it a phase?

She’s also tantruming too but the random loud scream cry for initial communication is killing me!
