Every other day was the old research which has been superseeded. The only reason they used to suggest every other day was incase male sperm count or motility was below average. If it’s normal/high every day is best.

I track with opk and when I get a positive I do it that day and the next two days. So far that’s works for me twice, currently pregnant with my second child.

My fertility specialist told me to have sex every day during my fertile week. Having sex every other day was for those who didn’t know when they were ovulating and that’s more for a during the whole month
