Help am I over thinking ?

So today I paid for a 4d ultrasound I am supposed to be 30w5d and am measuring 28w5d ,I asked my ob over and over again to check her with a ultrasound because I’ve been having pain when she moves that i never experienced with my son and she has been moving more then normal it really hurts when she moves ,in the ultrasound today it showed she is “breached” littlery her head against her chest and feet above her head ,her heart is 144 which is good but I’m worried something is wrong with the painful movements and her not measuring up to date and how uncomfortable she looks ,my doctor has refused to do a ultrasound because the out side looks fine and sounds fine and supposedly she has no medical reason to do one well now that I had paid to basically make sure my daughter was okay and she’s measuring off and breached that should be enough right? Anyone else experience this am I over thinking ,???please help??
