Toddler hates/scared of her bedroom

I need help! My daughter turns three the end of May. Has always LOVED her room. No issues with her sleeping in there, always slept through the night, then BAM! 3 weeks ago it changed. The first two nights of this we sat In her room and she threw the biggest tantrums and screamed herself to sleep. It was terrible. I wish we kept up with that and maybe she’d be in her room now. But-we caved and she’s been falling asleep on the living room floor every night and then we put her in her room. Sometimes she stays all night. Most nights she wakes up between 12-4a and we are back to the floor. We don’t want her in our room. I’ve tried sticker charts, every damn night light you could buy, music, all lights off, nothing is working. She won’t even step foot in her room at bedtime. Help?? Suggestions?? She said the closet scares her but she changes her story daily!
