Sleeping 1 year old

Does anyone else’s baby not like his arms covered when they sleep? My baby doesn’t like his arms covered EVEN though they’re cold! I try & cover him but he tosses & pulls his arms over his blanket lol. I even try and slowly do it but nope 🤦🏽‍♀️ I just don’t want him to get cold!
