Trust broken over little lies??

Question

Is it wrong to feel like he broke my trust over little lies? In the last two days my bf has lied twice over the DUMBEST little shit ever and I already have trust issues because of stuff and he always got mad for me not trusting him but this little stuff I feel like just broke my trust.
Even if it’s small is it still valid enough to break my trust or should I still trust him because it’s small stuff?
(He has apologized and all that stuff blah blah)

Small ones could be a precursor for bigger ones. This happened in my marriage. 16 years  gone down the drain. But those little lies really added up in the end

I think I'd trust him less for lying about dumb stuff. Like why lie about meaningless stuff? Maybe he's trying to see if you catch him so he can perfect his lying.
