Confused

Okay so in the past two months my period has been off. Best way I can explain is that last month whenever I was supposed to get off my cycle I kept bleeding. I bled all the way up til this months and half way through it stopped. But for some reason I’m starting to lightly bleed again. Me and my boyfriend don’t use condoms or any other method so there’s always the possibility of being pregnant but I just wanted some advice.
