Nipple piercing advice!

Hey ladies💗 It’s been on my mind for a while now, a year to be exact; and I really want nipple piercings. At first I wanted them because I felt very insecure and I believed it would help with my self-confidence, it’s still kinda in the back of my mind. Now I want them because they are so cute! I am aware of everything that comes with it and the healing, and how my nipples will be sticking out. Also I’m nervous bc of the stigma they carry😞

Those of you who have them pierced what are some changes that you’ve noticed and would you recommend?

Or should I think more about this ?
