Hey guys! Since coming off my pill july 2019 my periods have been pretty irregular! Some months its been 48 day cycle whilst others have been 32-38 day cycles.

A week after I supposedly ovulated i had a terrible cramp whilst at work it felt like a stabbing pain which only lasted a few seconds!

Since that i’ve been having creamy watery discharge ( like lotion) very tired but it could have been because i was due a b12 shot, some nights i’ve had terrible insomnia and other days I’ve had the general bloating.

I took a test today 14 dpo and it was a BFN!

I’ve attached an ovulation test which i took on the 21st of March so around time of ovulation according this app!
