Upset stomach ?
So I been having nausea for at least 3 weeks now. Monday night I threw up nothing but liquid and it was yellow. Tmi but I also pooped too ðŸ˜ðŸ˜. I haven’t ate since Monday afternoon. I been having nausea and diarrhea since. I’m thinking stomach virus ? I been keep up on fluids. I really don’t have an appetite. What y’all think ? What can I take for it ?
