Baby measuring small

I’m 32 weeks and 1 day and I have gestational diabetes. Normally with that diagnosis the doctors fear baby will be too big but yesterday at my growth scan I’m measuring almost a week behind when normally we have been on track. My first baby was also on the smaller side of normal despite me having gestational diabetes then too, but this time I’m being referred to a maternal fetal medicine specialist, so I’m a bit worried any prayers would be appreciated.
