I took a test a week after I was late and I thought I see a faint line, couple of days later I took a clear blue test and it was negative!

Now the last 4/5 days my boobs have felt sore, heavy and nipples look darker and they’ve been tingly but now I’ve just took a first response test this afternoon and it was negative! I’m so confused :( has anyone ever had this? Should I retest in the morning?
