My doctor said Unisom and B6 are safe to take. However my prenatal already has 2.5 mg of B6... is it ok to take an additional 100mg on top of that? My doctor wasn’t very specific just said it’s safe so I figured I’d check to see what you ladies are doing. Also, I’m kind of nervous to take anything outside of prenatal because we tried so hard for this baby... a sleep aid sounds scary but it does make me feel better that doctor says is safe. I’m 7+1 and very nauseous I cant even drink water right now. My hope is that this will allow me to drink water and stay hydrated. Anyone take this medication in the past or currently and did or does it help??? First time mom over here!! Thanks 💕
