The only thing I shake is my booty. Lol. Shakes are not for weight loss. Most people end up gaining weight from not using them appropriately. Weight loss is about eating healthy and staying active.

I used the Beachbody shakes and I really loved the chocolate flavor but they’re really expensive so I stopped. I also did the work outs and by 9 months PP I weighed less than I did before I got pregnant. Eat everything in moderation and portion control and try to get some activity in whenever you can.
