Stretch marks bleeding?? Should I be concerned?

I'm 38 weeks today and last night I noticed 3 tiny rips in my stretchmarks. They were bleeding a bit and I can only assume it's from my skin stretching beyond capacity. I assume this because the rips are:

-above my belly button

-protected by my belly band from rubbing clothing

-weren't caused by any other contact

I also moisturize religiously. I'm doing great as far as weight gain but I'm really petite with a short torso and get really big in the belly when pregnant.

I will be bringing it up with my OB tomorrow, but I wanted to know if anyone has experience with something like this. I have always gone over my due date, so I'm worried about how bad this could get.
