March 16-20 “period” brown spotting

March 21 positive opk

March 22 negative hpt

April 1-2 faint positive hpt

April 4 negative hpt with urine

April 5-6 positive opk

April 7th negative hpt and opk

This is my timeline with some pics below. Was I having a chemical ? Could I ovulate twice in one cycle ? I haven’t bled yet but should I hold out hope? I feel like my timeline doesn’t sound normal but then again it was my first “period” since giving birth almost 8 months ago so maybe my body is just trying to figure everything out ? TIA
