Went to our 12 week prenatal appointment today and didnt find the heartbeat :( our Dr. Tried for about 5 minutes and had no luck. I'm still with my family doctor so he only has a doppler, no ultrasound machine. I am exactly 12 weeks today, so I'm trying not to over think, and hoping babe is just too low, or too far back right now. We go back in 12 days to try again.

I am so nauseous, boobs are hurting, ligament pain in my lower left side (dr says is common with second pregnancy) vomiting, exhausted lol so all those symptoms are keeping my mind somewhat at ease. We had planned to announce this weekend, but will be waiting till after our next appt.
