Can you have sex after a stretch & sweep?
I went in today and I'm 3-4 cm dilated, 100% effaced and +1 station! She did the sweep and I spotted a little not having too many contractions. I believe it's tapered off now. Am I allowed to have sex to try and help it along or because I may have lost some of the protection is it bad to have it at this time.
