Is it ok to wear straps that don't cover the shoulder to a job interview? 
It's a dress, and it has thick straps but they don't cover my shoulder...do you think this is appropriate?

A lot of times its a good idea to try and research the dress code of the company you're interviewing with. If it's out of dress code, don't wear it to an interview. If you can't find it, it's safer to cover the shoulders, although something with wide straps (like 3+ inches wide) may be fine, depending on how your interviewer feels about it. It's certainly a risk.
